CELEBRATING STRENGTHS AND ENGAGEMENT

What does engagement mean these days? The “parish” meaning is the feeling of belonging we have for our church. At Saint Anselm, all are welcome to join our parish, to participate in weekend liturgies and to connect in meaningful ways that lead to that feeling of belonging.

The Gallup StrengthsFinder is one way many people of the parish have come to know their five top strengths. Gallup research shows that when people do what they love in the area of their strengths, they are happier and more effective in many aspects of life.

St. Anselm parish offers a variety of ways to be engaged and develop that sense of belonging.

  • Take the StrengthsFinder by contacting the parish office and making a donation towards a
      Living Your Strengths
book. Join a small group to explore your strengths.

  • Participate, actively, in weekend liturgies.

  • Get to know other parishioners.

  •  Affirm or thank family and friends.

  • Connect with any of our organizations or ministries.

  • Have fun!

The Gallup Organization has identified that there are four ways that demonstrate the spiritual health of a church: People are happy and enjoy life satisfaction. They invite others to be part of the church they love. They help and serve others in their community and they contribute to the support of their church.

We hope everyone enjoys Saint Anselm and comes to engage fully in the life of our parish community.
